National Mail Delivery Service was started in 1955 by George E. Carroll with one vehicle and an idea to give a personalized quality delivery service to the greater Waterbury Area. The company started as a mail delivery service but it quickly became a same day courier service as well.
National Mail is presently owned and operated by Mark W. Carroll and Colleen Carroll. They have built National Mail Delivery Service Inc. into a large organization with a fleet of yellow Wagons, Pickups and Dock High Trucks. Each owner/operator has been in courier/trucking industry for over 28 years.
Thru the years National Mail has grown into a full trucking courier/mail
service with a full fleet of vehicles ranging from station wagons, to
pickup trucks, to dock high trucks with power lift gates. National Mail
Delivery Service is still family owned and operated with the same attention
to personalized and quality service it has had since the company was first
started.
